This sub-lease agreement is between PrimeChoice Rentals (Lessor) and “the guest” (Tenant). The Tenant hereby offers to lease from the Lessor a furnished apartment. The Tenant hereby offers to acquire from the Lessor the premises on the terms and subject to the conditions as set out in this agreement.
The lease will be effective from the dates as agreed between the Lessor and the Tenant. The Tenant will pay the rent for the entire period in advance to the Lessor. Additionally, a refundable deposit of £200 (less any damages, if any) will be required, which will be refunded within one week of vacating the premises.
The Tenant agrees that the suite/apartment will be used for residential purposes only. The Tenant and the Lessor agree that in the event of any damage to the furniture during the tenancy, the Tenant will replace the same. The Tenant also agrees to fully compensate for any loss caused to the building or the apartment due to their negligence.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the units. A £200 penalty will be charged in the event of a violation. The same charges will apply for any extraordinary mess left in the unit, including the loss of keys.
The Tenant agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the apartment building. The Tenant agrees that in case of any damage to the apartment or premises, they will be liable to pay for the damages. The Tenant is also responsible for returning the keys to PrimeChoice Rentals upon departure. The Tenant agrees that the building management/security may enter the apartment in case of an emergency without seeking the Tenant’s permission.
The Tenant agrees to allow any officer or staff of PrimeChoice Rentals to enter the premises at reasonable times for inspection purposes.
The Tenant agrees that PrimeChoice Rentals or any of its staff will not be held responsible for any damages, including theft, fire, personal injury, death, or damage to the vehicle and personal belongings of the guests and their visitors. It is the responsibility of the Tenant to ensure they have adequate and relevant insurance coverage before occupancy. The Tenant will also ensure
that their vehicles are comprehensively insured.
The Tenant agrees that no illegal activity or disturbance will take place at the premises provided by PrimeChoice Rentals.
The Tenant gives permission for the housekeeping staff to enter the premises for the purpose of housekeeping.
The Tenant also agrees that no illegal activity will take place on the premises.
The Tenant acknowledges that PrimeChoice Rentals reserves the right to change the premises and pricing.
The Tenant agrees to ensure there is no disturbance to the neighbors.
Unauthorized late checkouts will incur a £75.00 administrative fee.
Additional guest fees of £30.00 per person will be applicable (if not agreed upon ahead of time by PrimeChoice Rentals).
BY AGREEING TO THIS SUB LEASE AGREEMENT, THE TENANT AGREES TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THESE TERMS CONSTITUTE A BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN THE TENANT AND THE LESSOR/PRIMECHOICE RENTALS.
